What we do

MaritiemWinkel supplies rope and safety equipment for professional and recreational use on the water. Our range covers UHMWPE 12-strand rope from 4 to 28 mm, polypropylene 3-strand multifilament rope in 10, 12 and 14 mm, soft shackles, tow ropes, lifejackets, lifebuoys, fenders and SOLAS equipment.

Made to measure

Rope from our range can be supplied to your dimensions. You choose the diameter, the length and the finish; we splice the eyes and fit a thimble or a protective cover if you need one. Request a quotation and you will normally hear from us within one working day.

Where we are strongest

Made-to-measure UHMWPE rope is what we do best. We carry the full diameter range from 4 to 28 mm, we splice to your specification, and we answer quotation requests quickly: normally the same working day, with the finished rope inside 10 to 15 working days.

If you have an unusual length, an awkward finish or a deadline, ask us. Speed on exactly this kind of request is what we are set up for.

Specifications you can check

Every rope page lists the diameter, the weight per 100 m and the breaking load, both spliced and unspliced, in line with ISO 2307. If you need a figure that is not on the page, ask us and we will look it up.

Where we are

We ship from our warehouse in Breda, the Netherlands. Orders can be placed online for delivery within the Netherlands and Germany. For any other country, send us a message and we will reply with a quotation including shipping cost.
