Shipping cost and delivery time

Netherlands	€10, free from €75	1 to 2 working days
Germany	€15, free from €150	7 to 10 working days
Other countries	On request	Stated in your quotation

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from our warehouse in Breda. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves.

Ordering from outside the Netherlands and Germany

Online checkout is only available for the Netherlands and Germany. If you are ordering from another country, send us the product, the quantity and your delivery address. We will reply with a quotation including shipping cost and delivery time, and we will arrange the order by e-mail.

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us before you send anything back, so we can give you the return address and reference.

Rope cut or spliced to your dimensions cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or we supplied the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please check your order on receipt. If something is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photographs. We will arrange a solution.
