Shipping costs
Orders can be placed online for delivery within the Netherlands and Germany.
Netherlands
- Orders from €75 → free shipping
- Orders under €75 → €10 shipping costs
Germany
- Orders from €150 → free shipping
- Orders under €150 → €15 shipping costs
Other countries
Would you like your order delivered to another country, or are you planning a larger project? Send us the product, the quantity and your delivery address and we will reply with a quotation including shipping costs and delivery time. Ordering online is not possible outside the Netherlands and Germany, but we are happy to arrange the order for you by e-mail.
Delivery time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Delivery time within the Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- Delivery time to Germany: 7–10 working days
- Delivery time to other countries: stated in your quotation
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-measure & production
Part of our range (such as cut or spliced ropes) can be produced to your specification.
For made-to-measure products:
- Production starts after order confirmation
- Returns are not possible, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check your order immediately on receipt.
In the event of damage or an incorrect delivery:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include clear photographs
We will arrange a suitable solution.
