Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- It must be in its original packaging
- Any labels and accessories must be included
- You must be able to show proof of purchase

Please note: items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect products
Please check your order immediately on receipt.
Did you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product?
Contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Hygiene products (if opened or used)
- Hazardous materials, liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Would you like a different product?
Return the current product and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the product you want.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under European law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The same return conditions apply:
- Product unused
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- You will receive a confirmation
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are issued within 10 working days of approval.
